Jackdaw can assess need using observation of the child, completion of Goodman’s Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) and discussion with the parent/carer, educational professionals (teacher, SENCo, etc) and when necessary external agencies (CAMHS, Educational Psychologists, school nurse, etc).
Schools or nurseries can contact us for an informal conversation and then, if necessary, arrange a meeting and observation.
